t started in a home kitchen—learning the craft at a young age, cooking alongside family, and discovering that food had the power to bring people together. What began as passion quickly became a lifelong pursuit. From those early days to cooking in some of the world’s most demanding kitchens, Chef Tony Biggs built a career defined by discipline, curiosity, and an uncompromising respect for the craft.

Over the past 45 years, that journey has taken him across the globe—from luxury hotels and private clubs to royal households and international resorts—serving heads of state, industry leaders, and guests who expect nothing short of excellence. Along the way, he learned that great food alone is not enough. True success in hospitality comes from the balance of culinary excellence, operational precision, and financial performance.
