Since then, he has traveled the world managing and consulting for many venues such as: Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Tokyo American club, Shanhgai American Club, Sutera Harbor Golf and Country Club. Jimei International Casino & Resorts. His distinguished career includes creating and preparing special diets and meals for King Abdullah II and Queen Rania, of Jordan
